Silk Castle Hotel & Spa - Hanoi Old quarter

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this incredible hotel, and I must say, it was an absolute delight from start to finish. From the moment I booked, the communication was exceptional. Phillips, the staff member I interacted with, went above and beyond to ensure my stay was nothing short of perfect. Upon arrival, I was greeted warmly and efficiently. Phillips had already arranged for a car to transport me to the hotel, and when it was time for me to depart, he seamlessly organized my ride, relieving any stress associated with transportation. Despite my busy schedule, I managed to squeeze in an activity during my stay, which was effortlessly arranged by the hotel staff. It's evident that they prioritize guest experiences and are committed to making each stay memorable. Although I missed breakfast due to an early excursion, the staff graciously provided me with a delicious sandwich from a local store, ensuring I didn't go hungry. The cleanliness of the room exceeded my expectations, and the hotel's prime location made exploring the area incredibly convenient. In summary, the service, cleanliness, and location of this hotel are unparalleled. I wholeheartedly give it a perfect 10 out of 10 and can't wait to return for another unforgettable experience.

This is one of the friendliest hotels I have been to. The staff were just amazing and couldn’t do enough to help you. Their knowledge of the English language is to be commended. I would highly recommend Hanoi Silk Castle Hotel to anyone. Big note: Let’s book the tour with hotel travel desk; they know what you really need! I made mistakes to book a Halong tour online then when arrived to this lovely hotel, they changed our cruise that what we could not understand then we had to cancel it for last minutes cancellation. Hotel staff PHILIP helped us to book another one with 15 percent discount and it was absolutely amazing with highlights view to see the ocean. Thanks you very much team!

Hanoi Silk Castle hotel was fantastic! You get all you need ... big room with a nice bed, hot shower n private bathroom, WiFi, free breakfast, assistance with tours! What else i can ask for? Philip the owner was awesome! He invite me out twice cuz he knew i was traveling solo and he made me feel like a great friend. Super welcoming and attentive , he also arrange my pick up n drop off at the the airport. He also recomend me some tours to choose from and he did all the job to book them and arrange everything for me. I can’t ask for a best experience. The hotel is located in the heart of old quarter so the location is perfect cuz you don’t need any kind of transportation to visit the old quarter. I definetely will stay here again if i come to Hanoi.

The hotel staff, most especially the manager, Philip, were very attentive to our needs. Breakfast was good enough. The room was a bit small but it was very comfortable to sleep in and quiet too. And the hotel's location gives you easy access to just about everything in the Old Quarter area.

Very comfortable hotel, with extremely friendly staff that make you feel at home. The manager Philip helped me arrange and plan the rest of my holiday in Vietnam and helped me book trips to ha giang, halong Bay and flights to other parts of the country. Saved me a lot of time and stress this holiday. Furthermore the hotel is located in the heart of the centre and everything is in walking distance, or a short grab ride away (if it's too hot to walk).
